1. Agreement to Terms
By registering an account, ordering, or deploying any infrastructure on Bulverse Cloud (portal.bulverse.cloud), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
All cloud infrastructure services (including Cloud VPS, Trading VPS, WireGuard VPN gateways, and Dedicated Hypervisors) are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Invoices are generated in advance of the billing cycle.
- Grace Period & Suspension: Invoices not settled within 3 days past the due date will result in automated temporary service suspension.
- Termination & Data Removal: Unpaid services suspended for more than 7 consecutive days may be permanently de-provisioned and deleted to release hardware capacity.
4. Resource Quotas & Fair Use
Bandwidth, CPU threads, and NVMe IOPS are provisioned according to your purchased package tier. Bulverse reserves the right to rate-limit or throttle instances that continuously consume 100% host hypervisor capacity to ensure noisy-neighbor stability for all clients.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bulverse Cloud, its directors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or network carrier disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Customers are advised to maintain independent off-site backups of critical production databases.
1. Zero Tolerance Abuse Policy
Bulverse Cloud maintains strict network integrity. Any customer whose infrastructure is detected engaging in malicious activities will be immediately suspended or terminated with zero refund.
Strict Prohibitions: The following activities result in instant automated IP null-routing and account termination without prior notice.
- DDoS & Stressing: Originating or targeting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood testing, or network amplification.
- Unauthorized Port Scanning: Scanning third-party IP ranges or running brute-force attacks against SSH, FTP, or RDP endpoints.
- Malware & Phishing: Hosting command-and-control (C2) servers, botnets, banking scams, ransomware, or deceptive credential-harvesting pages.
- Spam & Unsolicited Bulk Email: Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE/SPAM). Port 25 may be blocked by default on new accounts to prevent IP reputation contamination.
- Public Open Proxies / Relays: Operating open, unauthenticated proxies that facilitate malicious transit.
- Unauthorized High-Impact Mining: Running CPU/GPU cryptocurrency mining algorithms on shared VPS cores that violate hypervisor CPU fair share rules.
2. WireGuard VPN Guidelines
Our WireGuard gateways are provided for high-speed privacy, remote cloud network interconnectivity, and secure remote work. Using the VPN to bypass law enforcement, transmit copyrighted material unlawfully, or commit fraud is strictly forbidden.
1. Cloud Infrastructure Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the immediate provisioning nature of cloud virtual servers, dedicated IPv4 address leases, and allocated hardware compute capacity, all Cloud VPS, Trading VPS, and WireGuard VPN Gateway purchases are non-refundable once provisioned.
Why this policy exists: When you purchase an instance, Bulverse instantly pays and commits dedicated hypervisor RAM, NVMe disk blocks, and licensed IPv4 subnets from our upstream datacenter providers.
2. Exceptions & Service Outages
Refunds or service credits may be issued under the following specific circumstances:
- If our automated provisioning engine fails to deliver your ordered server within 24 hours of payment verification.
- If persistent hardware failure causes verifiable downtime exceeding our 99.9% monthly SLA commitment.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Client Area dashboard (Manage Service → Request Cancellation). There are zero cancellation fees or penalties. Once requested, your service will remain online until the end of your prepaid period.
1. Data We Collect
Bulverse Cloud collects minimal customer details necessary to maintain accounts and provide billing:
- Account Information: Name, email address, country, and billing address.
- Technical Metadata: IP address at registration and login timestamps for security and fraud prevention.
2. Payment Security & Zero Card Storage
Bulverse does NOT store or process your credit/debit card numbers on our servers. All card transactions are handled directly through Paystack's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed directly on-chain via NowPayments.
3. WireGuard VPN Zero-Log Policy
We uphold strict data privacy: We do not monitor, record, or inspect the decrypted internet traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or transmitted payload of any client connected through our WireGuard VPN gateways.
4. Data Disclosure
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Data is disclosed only when legally mandated by binding court order or subpoena from recognized legal authorities.
1. 99.9% Uptime Commitment
Bulverse Cloud guarantees a 99.9% monthly network and hypervisor uptime across our primary cloud facilities.
2. SLA Credit Schedule
If server uptime falls below our 99.9% threshold in any given calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance announced 24 hours in advance), clients are eligible for service credits applied to their next billing invoice:
- 99.0% - 99.8% Uptime: 10% Service Credit
- 95.0% - 98.9% Uptime: 25% Service Credit
- Below 95.0% Uptime: 50% Service Credit
3. How to Claim SLA Credits
To request SLA credits, open a ticket with the Billing & Account Services department within 7 business days of the incident, including dates and times of the observed interruption.
